Well, perhaps stone throwers can’t restore their basic civil rights when pitted against an armed despotic army like I talked about in my last post. But apparently they can keep a neighboring despotic army’s plane from refueling.

In a violent show of anti-Venezuela sentiment, a crowd of about 200 Bolivians hurled stones at a Venezuelan military plane and prevented it from refueling after it landed on Thursday, local radio reported.

 Good for them.

I just tried to listen to it, with the volume turned way down low. Also, it being December all the windows are closed and our walls are pretty well insulated and soundproofed.

The dogs next door nevertheless started howling and barking almost before the singing started.

I think there’s something supernatural about that clip.

Aw, dang it. That comment was supposed to go on the post about “O Holy Night.” I’m sorry.
